The advertised bundle
Henry’s GLP-1 page lists a starting price of $179 per month, varying by treatment plan and dose. It says provider visits, medication, supplies and ongoing support are included. That makes the offer different from a care membership with medication added separately. Obtain your own dose-specific quote before comparing a full treatment budget.

Cancellation is not always the end of payment
The program FAQ allows cancellation through the patient portal, email or phone, but warns that a multi-month plan can leave a remaining balance payable. The refund policy describes a possible medical-discontinuation exception that requires clinical documentation and review. This is a conditional process rather than an automatic refund when someone stops treatment.

Understand possible deductions
Henry’s refund policy describes a nonrefundable $30 consultation component when an evaluation results in a prescription and allows processing-cost deductions. Ask how these terms apply to the plan offered to you. A refund of unused subscription time and a refund for dispensed medication are different issues, so request separate explanations for both.
