Our take

Eden has a broad online offering, but its public pricing and terms need to be reconciled before treating an advertised figure as an all-in cost.

Reasons to look closer

  • Public medication and care information
  • Provider messaging advertised
  • Public subscription terms

Keep in mind

The linked terms and GLP landing page describe different payment structures.

Important contextGLP landing advertises bundled pricing; linked membership terms separately charge medication.

Resolve the offer before comparing prices

Eden’s GLP landing page shows monthly semaglutide at $99 and tirzepatide at $129, described as inclusive pricing without membership fees. The linked terms also describe a $39 introductory membership renewing at $99, with medication charged separately. These could concern different pathways, but the public material does not resolve that clearly enough for one total.

Get the governing terms in writing

The membership terms require cancellation confirmation at least 48 hours before renewal and generally exclude partial-period refunds. Ask whether those membership provisions govern the GLP package you are considering. A landing-page promise and a different subscription structure should be reconciled before you authorize recurring payment.

Care features worth asking about

The main website describes online consultations, provider messaging and regular follow-up. Those features may suit someone who wants remote access between visits. Before enrolling, ask which channel reaches the clinical team, what happens after hours and how lab requests are handled. An advertised support feature does not establish the response time for your own question.

Our assessment

Eden belongs in a broad comparison, but price certainty is the immediate decision point. We would request an itemized quote identifying medication, care, shipping, billing period and the next charge. We have not tested the clinical service, and the disagreement between pages is not evidence about treatment quality. It is a reason to verify the commercial terms.

Before you sign up

  • Is my price bundled or membership plus medication?
  • Do the linked membership terms apply to this specific offer?
  • What cancellation deadline and refund rules apply?

Use the answers to compare the exact offer with another provider. A service review cannot determine whether a medication is appropriate for you; that decision belongs with your clinician.
