Our take

Fella deserves a closer look for men who value ongoing support, but the guarantee and prepaid commitment need as much attention as the advertised monthly equivalent.

Reasons to look closer

  • Men-focused support
  • Published guarantee conditions
  • Separate membership agreement

Keep in mind

A six-month guarantee is conditional, not an unrestricted cancellation promise.

Important contextAnnual campaigns, monthly options and branded access have different payment obligations.

Compare the commitment before the daily price

Fella’s payment FAQ describes a bundled core program using a daily starting-cost comparison. That is not enough to establish what your card will be charged today. Its campaign page also advertises annual-payment offers. We therefore leave the headline price open rather than mix a long prepaid term with a month-to-month program. Ask for the selected medication, full advance payment, covered dates and renewal amount in one written order summary.

Annual campaign figures need their own budget

The campaign reviewed lists compounded semaglutide from $99 a month and compounded tirzepatide from $199 a month, paid annually and delivered monthly. Multiplying those displayed equivalents by twelve produces $1,188 and $2,388 respectively, before checking the actual order. These are arithmetic illustrations, not confirmation of an available checkout. A lower equivalent does not make the full advance payment refundable. Nor does a campaign establish that the same rate applies to every customer. See our cancellation and refund guide for the questions to resolve before enrolling.

Separate the branded route

Fella’s guarantee explicitly distinguishes compounded plans that include medication from branded plans where the prescription is purchased separately. For the latter, its guarantee covers the membership fee, not money paid to the pharmacy. This matters when comparing total exposure: put the clinical service and pharmacy charges on separate lines. A medication-included claim elsewhere on the site should not override the conditions of your branded plan. See our branded versus compounded guide for the questions to resolve before enrolling.

The guarantee has an application window

The published guarantee requires at least 180 days of participation, prompt submission of medical information, prescribed medication use and weight tracking in at least 21 of the first 26 weeks. It also sets starting-BMI and outcome conditions. Requests must arrive during days 181–210. Read the full terms before relying on the guarantee, including its unusual sixth-month refill condition. This is a conditional refund policy; it does not establish the result any individual will achieve.

Cancellation requires more than stopping refills

The membership agreement describes automatic renewal for the same term length and thirty days’ written termination notice. It separately provides a five-day deadline for revoking payment authorization while preserving charges already owed. Treat those as different processes. If you intend to leave, request the effective termination date, final financial obligation and confirmation that another term will not renew. A subscription cancellation should not be assumed to cancel a pharmacy order already underway.

Support and pharmacy questions worth resolving

Fella describes clinician guidance and continuing lifestyle support, but published inclusions do not measure appointment quality or response speed. Before enrollment, identify who answers clinical questions, which pharmacy would fill the particular prescription and whether that pharmacy serves your state. Ask how refill review works if travel, side effects or a delayed delivery interrupts the schedule. The most useful comparison is the complete service and financial commitment you would actually receive, not a broad promise of convenience.

Before you sign up

  • What is due upfront for my exact plan?
  • Which expenses would the guarantee refund?
  • When must written cancellation notice arrive?

Use the answers to compare the exact offer with another provider. A service review cannot determine whether a medication is appropriate for you; that decision belongs with your clinician.
