Found’s offer terms list $149 per four-week period for the one-period cash-pay branded plan, excluding medication and applicable labs. Four weeks means 28 days. Over a full 364 days, that cadence creates 13 periods rather than 12 calendar-month payments.

Insurance help is not a guaranteed total
The terms distinguish clinical-care coverage from medication costs, with potential copays, coinsurance and deductibles. Ask for both sides of the quote. A plan that covers an appointment may still exclude the prescription.
