Our take

Ivy Rx provides a low advertised entry figure and online support, but shoppers should verify exactly which purchase the $77 starting price describes.

Reasons to look closer

  • Product and support routes are visible
  • Provider messaging through a portal
  • Published returns policy

Keep in mind

What the $77 figure establishes

Ivy Rx advertises injections from $77 for four doses per month. The product page discusses compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, but a shared starting badge is not a written quote for both drugs at every treatment stage. Ask which formulation and purchase term the offer covers. Keep any coupon, first-order condition and prepaid total alongside the price. That way a low entry figure can be compared without turning an incomplete offer into an unsupported annual budget.

Four doses and a calendar month are different units

For budgeting, ask whether the service charges every 28 days or on a calendar-month schedule. Four weekly doses describe four weeks of supply; that alone does not identify a billing contract. For illustration, thirteen charges of $100 total $1,300, while twelve total $1,200. This is arithmetic, not an assertion that Ivy Rx uses either schedule. The practical task is to obtain the charge frequency before entering a number into your comparison. Build your comparison with our provider selection checklist.

Access after the online assessment

The product page advertises physician review, free delivery and live support. The homepage also describes messaging a care provider through its patient portal. Ask how a message is triaged when the question concerns an adverse effect rather than a shipment. A response-time target, an after-hours process and a way to arrange a consultation are more useful than simply counting support channels. We have not tested those channels or used the treatment service firsthand.

Keep different product listings separate

Ivy Rx lists branded medications alongside compounded injections and other wellness products. A shopper should identify the actual prescription under discussion before comparing costs or evidence. The injection page’s starting offer should not be assigned to a different branded listing. Ask the prescriber why the selected formulation suits your medical needs, and obtain the dispensing pharmacy’s information. Our commercial comparison evaluates the offer’s structure; it does not treat the site’s entire catalog as medically interchangeable. For the product distinction, see branded versus compounded GLP-1s.

Returns are limited; cancellation needs its own answer

The refund page says Ivy Rx cannot accept returns and invites customers to contact support about concerns. It does not provide a simple universal deadline for canceling every subscription before a refill is processed. Ask for that deadline in writing before enrolling. Also separate an undispensed order, a prescription already in fulfillment and future recurring charges: a policy about returning a physical product does not, by itself, answer all three questions.

Clarify monitoring before relying on a no-lab message

The injection page markets access without laboratory work. That is a description of the advertised intake pathway, not proof that no monitoring could ever be appropriate for you. Bring existing diagnoses, medication lists and recent results to the clinician, and ask who coordinates with your usual care team. If the clinician requests additional assessment, confirm where it occurs and who bills for it. The answer should be tailored to your circumstances rather than inferred from a marketing bullet.

How we would compare the offer

Ivy Rx belongs on a shortlist when the selected quote clearly identifies the drug, supply period, recurring price and follow-up access. If those answers remain unclear, compare a service with a more explicit payment schedule before committing. Give special attention to the cost of continuing after an entry offer. An inexpensive initial purchase can still be useful, but only when the next purchase is affordable and the care arrangement meets your needs.

Before you sign up

  • Which medication and term qualify for $77?
  • What is due today and at the next renewal?
  • What is the cancellation deadline before fulfillment?

Use the answers to compare the exact offer with another provider. A service review cannot determine whether a medication is appropriate for you; that decision belongs with your clinician.
