Start with the ongoing price
OrderlyMeds lists standard monthly compounded semaglutide at $149 and compounded tirzepatide at $299. We use the semaglutide ongoing figure as the reference rather than the lower promotional equivalent. The pricing page separately displays branded options, which are different products and much larger cash-pay purchases. Match the exact medication pathway before comparing providers. A compound’s price should not be presented as the price of a branded prescription merely because the ingredient name is familiar. See our branded versus compounded guide for the questions to resolve before enrolling.
Starter and transfer offers are different
The reviewed pricing page lists a two-month semaglutide starter program at $149 total and a separate $224 two-month offer for current GLP-1 users. The starter offer is restricted to qualifying new customers beginning at the lowest dose. The total charged upfront matters more than the rounded monthly label: $149 divided by two is $74.50, not an independently purchasable $74 month. Ask which offer applies to your history and what happens after the promotional supply.
What comes with the medication purchase
The overview describes provider consultations and support as included when medication is prescribed. It also promotes nutrition resources, orientation and community features. These may be useful, but the advertised dollar value of extras is not the same as money you would otherwise spend. Identify the care features you will actually use, especially clinician access and follow-up. Peer discussion can provide social support without substituting for individualized medical advice or a response from the prescriber.
Cancellation ends earlier than delivery
OrderlyMeds’ FAQ says a standard order can be cancelled before the clinician finalizes the prescription; after that, cancellation is no longer available. It flags a separate exception for multi-month plans and says a prescription denial results in a refund. Confirm the exact terms of a prepaid offer before choosing it. The fact that medication has not arrived is not evidence that the order is still reversible. Record the prescription-review stage when asking support to cancel. See our cancellation and refund guide for the questions to resolve before enrolling.
Plan around the whole fulfillment process
The FAQ gives an approximate eight-to-ten-business-day signup-to-arrival estimate and says expedited ordering is unavailable. Treat that as the company’s estimate, not a delivery guarantee. When switching services, tell the new clinician about your existing prescription and remaining supply rather than independently adjusting treatment around a parcel schedule. Obtain the dispensing pharmacy, tracking details and a contact for shipment concerns. A carrier label is only one stage of fulfillment.
The comparison that matters after the promotion
OrderlyMeds is most straightforward to evaluate when you budget both the initial supply and several subsequent months. Write down the upfront payment, standard renewal price, refill-review requirements and any commitment that survives cancellation. Compare that total with another offer for the same medication category and period. Its national marketing should still be checked against your particular prescription and location. We have not tested consultation quality, pharmacy handling or support response times, so published features should not be read as a clinical rating.
Before you sign up
- Do I qualify for the starter or transfer offer?
- What will I pay after the introductory supply?
- When does my order become non-cancellable?
Use the answers to compare the exact offer with another provider. A service review cannot determine whether a medication is appropriate for you; that decision belongs with your clinician.
