Our take

Lavender Sky is useful for shoppers who prefer paying for each service and order. Its detailed pharmacy options require careful attention to the total paid upfront and supply period.

Reasons to look closer

  • No recurring subscription
  • Separate consultation fees
  • Pharmacy-specific plan tables

Keep in mind

Monthly equivalents on tier plans are not monthly installments.

The consultation and medication are separate purchases

Lavender Sky lists a $65 new-patient consultation and $40 follow-up consultation. The FAQ says there is no separate consultation or provider fee for a refill between required follow-ups. This means the initial consultation figure is not an all-in treatment price. Add the actual medication invoice to it, then ask when another consultation becomes necessary. Someone comparing a subscription bundle should include those occasional care fees rather than comparing the drug invoice alone.

Read the supply period before the monthly equivalent

The pricing table separates monthly, tier and extended plans. Tier plans commonly describe an eight-to-ten-week supply; longer options require a larger single payment. The displayed monthly equivalents are comparison calculations, not a promise of monthly billing. For example, the reviewed ReviveRx semaglutide/B6 Tier 1 listing is $195 for the stated supply, before the separate consultation. Duration depends on the prescribed plan, so do not extend a vial simply to reproduce the lowest displayed equivalent. See our branded versus compounded guide for the questions to resolve before enrolling.

Pharmacy choice changes more than price

Lavender Sky’s tables distinguish pharmacies, ingredients, plan sizes and availability. Those details prevent a simple lowest-number comparison from being reliable. Ask which of the listed options your clinician considers appropriate and which dispensing pharmacy can serve your location. Compare the approved formulation, supply duration and shipping arrangements together. A larger total quantity is not automatically better value if the prescription changes or the pharmacy’s beyond-use instructions limit how long it can be used. See our pharmacy verification guide for the questions to resolve before enrolling.

No subscription does not mean reversible orders

The policies say there are no memberships or recurring subscription fees. They also state that medication orders become final when submitted to the pharmacy and that electronic consultations are non-refundable once submitted. This distinction is important: you can choose not to place a future order while still owing the full amount for the present one. Check the invoice carefully before paying, especially if you have requested a different pharmacy, formulation or supply length.

Prepayment has a different refund rule

The patient guide describes optional prepayments in $100 increments, later applied to an invoice by contacting support. Unused prepayments can be refunded within 180 days, less a five-percent processing fee; once applied to an invoice, they are no longer refundable under that prepayment rule. Do not treat a balance held for future care as the same thing as a paid medication order. Keeping the invoice number and written allocation request makes the distinction easier to track.

Where this model fits

Lavender Sky may suit a patient who prefers ordering deliberately instead of managing automatic renewals. It demands more comparison work because pharmacy, plan duration and consultation timing all affect the bill. Its FAQ distinguishes branded plans, where the drug is bought separately, from medication-inclusive specialty-pharmacy plans. Ask for one complete quote for the pathway you intend to use. The most useful decision is whether that order-by-order structure fits your follow-up needs and budget, not whether a single table cell is the cheapest.

Before you sign up

  • What is the full invoice including consultation?
  • Which pharmacy and formulation serve my state?
  • When is the next required follow-up?

Use the answers to compare the exact offer with another provider. A service review cannot determine whether a medication is appropriate for you; that decision belongs with your clinician.
