Separate the care price from treatment cost
LifeMD’s program pricing page lists cash-pay weight-management care starting at $75 per month, with medication priced separately. It also shows different insurance-based starting figures. We use the cash-pay care figure because it has a defined scope; it should not be mistaken for the amount a patient pays for both care and a GLP-1 prescription.

Branded access is the relevant comparison
The weight-management overview emphasizes branded GLP-1 options, clinical oversight and ongoing support. Its advertised medication prices and copays concern particular products and eligibility conditions. Compare the exact prescription your clinician considers appropriate, then ask for the price through your own coverage or cash-pay route rather than relying on the smallest promotional figure.
Coverage help has limits
The program FAQ describes an insurance benefits-check service and says GLP-1 medication is not included unless stated at purchase. Ask for a written estimate of both components. A service that helps check benefits cannot determine every future insurer decision, so clarify what the care fee buys if medication coverage is denied or delayed.

Our assessment
LifeMD merits consideration when branded access and coverage assistance matter more than a single bundled price. Build a total with care, medication and any applicable lab charges, and compare it with another service using the same medication pathway. We have not enrolled or tested the service. Confirm cancellation and renewal terms for the weight-management offer rather than assuming a general membership description covers it.
Before you sign up
- What are my care and medication bills separately?
- Are any required labs charged separately in my state?
- What renewal and cancellation terms govern this program?
Use the answers to compare the exact offer with another provider. A service review cannot determine whether a medication is appropriate for you; that decision belongs with your clinician.
