Choose a named plan before comparing costs
Noom’s branded-medication telehealth plan lists $39 to start and a $99 monthly equivalent afterward, billed quarterly, with medication extra. We use that plan for the price reference here. The page also lists medication-inclusive programs with different rates. Do not compare one pathway’s price with another pathway’s inclusions. A useful quote should identify the program, medication payment route, billing period, and total collected at the next renewal before you evaluate any savings.

Quarterly billing changes the amount at risk
At a stated $99 monthly equivalent, our arithmetic gives $297 for three months of program fees before medication or any applicable extras. This is an illustration of the advertised quarterly cadence, not a personalized invoice. Ask Noom to confirm the next charge and the dates it covers. Comparing only $99 against another service’s flexible monthly price misses the extra amount committed at renewal and can make a shorter plan appear more expensive than it really is.
Refund triggers depend on the pathway
Noom’s refund policy says medication-inclusive Med plans are no longer refundable once a prescription is written. For branded-medication telehealth, it lists a seven-day initial-charge window, ending sooner if a clinical visit occurs. It also says renewal payments are not refundable. Those are different events, so the correct question is not simply whether Noom offers refunds. Ask which event applies to your selected plan, and decide before that event if the financial commitment is unsuitable.
Review the program as well as the prescription
The pricing page includes coaching, clinical care, and the Noom behavior-change program across its medication pathways. Our view is that these features deserve weight only if you intend to use them. Think about your preference for logging, lessons, and ongoing support before comparing a program with a simpler prescribing service. We have not used the app or participated in coaching; a feature list does not establish how helpful any particular reader will find the experience.

Know how a change takes effect
Noom’s subscription terms require cancellation before 11:59 p.m. Eastern on the day before renewal and describe access generally lasting through the paid period, with exceptions for trials or promotions. Our recommendation is to confirm the cutoff in your account and save the cancellation receipt. If switching between Noom products, check which plan remains active and whether a new charge begins. Switching, canceling future renewal, and securing a refund are separate outcomes and should each be confirmed.
