Several headlines describe different purchases
Zappy’s pricing page displays compounded semaglutide from $159 per month and compounded tirzepatide from $279 per month alongside several package selectors. It separately lists a $99 monthly care charge for branded prescriptions with medication billed separately. These are different scopes, not interchangeable treatment totals. The semaglutide starting figure is our reference, but the rendered public information did not establish every selector’s upfront total and renewal amount. Obtain those before committing.
Do not confuse no membership fee with no renewal
The site promotes access without a separate membership fee. The pricing page nevertheless offers monthly subscriptions and multi-month packages. A zero-dollar membership line means there is no additional charge under that label; it does not establish that the medication purchase never renews. Check whether your chosen package is a single purchase, an automatically renewing supply or a care plan. Ask for the next charge date as well as the displayed monthly equivalent. See our subscription and refund guide for the questions to resolve before enrolling.
Refund eligibility changes during fulfillment
Zappy’s cancellation policy starts with a request before medication is processed. If an order has entered the shipping stage but no tracking number has been assigned, the policy describes a $30 fee deducted from the refund. Once a tracking number exists, it says no refund is available. That cutoff may precede actual delivery. Before requesting cancellation, ask support to identify the order’s current status and confirm in writing whether future charges and shipments have been paused.
Use the named pharmacy as a starting point
The partner-pharmacy page reviewed identifies Hallandale Pharmacy. That is useful information to investigate, but it does not establish which pharmacy will dispense your particular prescription or guarantee that the list is exhaustive. Confirm the dispensing name on your own order and verify its licensure for your state. Ask that pharmacy about the actual formulation, label, storage instructions and delivery concerns. A platform logo or stock-vial image cannot answer those product-specific questions. See our pharmacy verification guide for the questions to resolve before enrolling.
Branded access needs a combined estimate
For the branded pathway, the care fee and prescription bill must be budgeted separately. Manufacturer or pharmacy prices can have conditions and can change independently of Zappy’s fee. Record the medication, format, supply period and any eligibility requirements for the quoted pharmacy price. Compare the combined recurring amount with another branded-access service. A lower clinical-service fee is only one component of the total; it says nothing by itself about the coverage decision or dispensing cost.
Who should shortlist Zappy
Zappy may fit a shopper who wants to investigate more than one medication pathway within one service and is comfortable confirming the package details. The key unresolved items are the selected upfront payment, ongoing rate, assigned pharmacy and state eligibility. Its site describes continuing virtual support, but we have not measured response times or appointment quality. We would compare those operational questions alongside price, especially for a longer supply where cancellation flexibility becomes more important.
Before you sign up
- What total is charged for the starting package?
- Which rate applies at renewal?
- Has a pharmacy tracking number been assigned?
Use the answers to compare the exact offer with another provider. A service review cannot determine whether a medication is appropriate for you; that decision belongs with your clinician.
