What the starting figure can establish
The pricing help article, marked updated July 2025, says programs start at $299 per month and that the total depends on medication and support plan. We do not treat that older general starting figure as a current all-in quote for a specific prescription. The complete amount and what it includes need confirmation.
Separate medication access from medication payment
An offer can include a prescribing consultation or access to a treatment option while leaving the pharmacy bill separate. Ask the service to identify the exact medication, quantity, payment recipient and included services on your quote. If insurance is involved, keep the expected pharmacy payment separate from any platform fee until coverage is confirmed.
Put the quote before the commitment
The support article says a personalized total will be shown before payment. Save that quote with the plan terms and check whether the initial charge covers care, medication, or both. The amount due today and the recurring amount may answer different questions. We did not enter a medical intake or test the checkout.
Compare the care arrangement
The public program site describes an online route to clinician-guided treatment. Before choosing it over a per-visit service, ask how follow-up is scheduled, whether live appointments are available, and which questions go to a clinician rather than customer support. A larger list of features alone does not establish a better clinical experience.
Renewal needs its own written answer
Use the applicable checkout agreement to identify minimum commitments, automatic renewals and refund restrictions. Ask whether membership and medication orders have separate cancellation steps. This review does not infer a refund entitlement from the ability to cancel future service. Keep the confirmation and the next billing date in your own records.

- Which payments renew and how are they canceled?
Use the answers to compare the exact offer with another provider. A service review cannot determine whether a medication is appropriate for you; that decision belongs with your clinician.
