Our take

Enhance.MD’s product page provides more useful billing detail than its headline. Compare the single-period price and the actual length of a prepaid term before choosing a discount.

Reasons to look closer

  • Explicit four-week billing labels
  • Same-dose-price claim for selected program
  • Published shipping and return policy

Keep in mind

Its “12-month” option says billed every 48 weeks.

Important contextLonger prepaid terms show lower equivalents; the $212 headline is tied to a longer term on the product page.

Use the product-page billing period

The GLP-1 Core product page lists $249 for the one-period option billed every four weeks. It also displays lower equivalents for longer terms, including $212 with billing every forty-eight weeks. The homepage’s smaller headline therefore should not be read as the cost of a flexible single-period purchase. Ask for the complete upfront total, promotional adjustment and renewal amount. The selected order is what matters when comparing financial commitment.

Forty-eight weeks is not a calendar year

The product page calls the longer option twelve months while explicitly labeling its billing interval as forty-eight weeks. Those are twelve four-week periods, or 336 days. A calendar year contains more time. For a simple ongoing illustration, thirteen unchanged $249 four-week payments total $3,237 over 364 days; this is not an Enhance annual offer. Compare the same duration across providers so a lower monthly equivalent does not hide a shorter covered period. Check the arithmetic with our billing-period calculator.

Keep the selected program separate from the wider catalog

Enhance markets several programs beyond Core, including other compounds and optional wellness offerings. This review’s price refers only to the selected semaglutide program. A more expensive tier or combination should not be assumed more effective because of its label or marketing description. Ask the prescribing clinician for the purpose and evidence for the exact proposed formulation. We have not validated the platform’s comparative treatment claims or tested its medications. See our branded versus compounded guide for the questions to resolve before enrolling.

What the ongoing service includes

The site describes ongoing provider care and metabolic laboratory testing every six months. Ask what the lab panel includes, where it is performed, how results are discussed and what happens if additional testing is needed. Included support is valuable only if its format meets your needs. Confirm whether you receive scheduled visits, messaging or both, and who responds to clinical concerns. A list of inclusions does not establish appointment quality or response speed.

Shipping service is not the entire timeline

Enhance’s shipping policy says two-day priority shipping is included, but orders require medical review before processing and dispatch. It does not guarantee arrival within the estimate and warns that incorrect contact or address information can delay an order. Treat provider review, pharmacy preparation and carrier transit as separate stages. Obtain tracking and the dispensing pharmacy’s handling instructions, particularly if a delivery is delayed, damaged or exposed to inappropriate temperatures.

Returns and future renewals need different answers

The shipping policy says prescription products cannot be returned and directs quality concerns to support for a medical-provider call. That policy does not establish a complete cancellation deadline for future subscription charges. Resolve the renewal cutoff and treatment-change rules before prepaying several periods. Ask specifically how unused future supply is handled if the clinician changes the prescription. Enhance may be worth investigating for someone who values bundled support, but the discount should be weighed against this financial flexibility.

Before you sign up

  • What is the total charged upfront and at renewal?
  • Does my term cover 48 weeks or a calendar year?
  • What is the cancellation cutoff for future charges?

Use the answers to compare the exact offer with another provider. A service review cannot determine whether a medication is appropriate for you; that decision belongs with your clinician.
